A little help, when you need it.

1. Sign in with the Google or ChatGPT account already linked to your profile.
2. Open Account & security and set a new password.
3. Use that same username and your new password next time.

No access to your linked provider? Contact support below. Creating a new profile does not recover the old one.

Check that you selected the same provider account as before. Do not create another username just to regain access. Contact support with your original username and sign-in method so we can check the link.

Choose Delete my account in the private request form, or email us if you cannot sign in. We will verify ownership, explain what can be removed and any records that must be retained, and confirm with you before removal. You can withdraw an active request here.

Published prompt versions and experiment history may have restricted audit copies. Backups may retain earlier data. We will explain the applicable scope before acting.
